Founded in 1916, the Portland Cement Association (PCA) is the premier policy, research, education and market intelligence organization serving America’s cement manufacturers and the companies that support cement production. PCA’s Manufacturing Technical Committee brings together cement producers and companies that support and supply them in order to collaborate on long-term projects that benefit the industry. Associate members also are eligible for recognition by the cement manufacturers under the new Annual Chairman’s Performance Award for achievements that advance innovation in cement production.

Market Intelligence. PCA’s award winning team of economists provides guidance and analysis on the manufacturing and use of cement across industrial sectors.
