Founded in 1916, the Portland Cement Association (PCA) is the premier policy, research, education and market intelligence organization serving America’s cement manufacturers and the companies that support cement production. PCA promotes safety, sustainability, and innovation in all aspects of construction,fosters continuous improvement in cement manufacturing and distribution, and promotes economic growth and sound infrastructure investment.

Associate membership in PCA provides access and interaction to your customers at the highest levels and with the greatest reach across the entire industry. PCA members represent 93 percent of U.S.cement production capacity and have facilities in all 50 states.

Direct Access. PCA’s Manufacturing Technical Committee brings together cement producers and companies that support and supply them in order to collaborate on long-term projects that benefit the industry. Associate members also are eligible for recognition by the cement manufacturers under the new Annual Chairman’s Performance Award for achievements that advance innovation in cement production.

Market Intelligence. PCA’s award winning team of economists provides guidance and analysis on the manufacturing and use of cement across industrial sectors. Associate members receive complimentary copies of the PCA Annual Yearbook, Labor and Energy Report, and Plant Information Summary. Additionally, associate members will receive a complimentary copy of the PCA Summer Forecast and discounted speaker rate for PCA's Senior Vice President and Chief Economist Ed Sullivan.

Technology Transfer. Associate membership allows companies the opportunity to participate in authorship of the third edition of Innovations in Portland Cement Manufacturing, and receive permission to use an electronic versions of your chapter prior to print release. Participating presenters will also receive complimentary registration for the PCA Fall Committee Meetings.
