Subjects include mortar proportioning, mixing, and retempering; laying the first course; building corners; filling in between corners; installing the closure block; tooling joints; and placing anchor bolts. You'll also learn about methods used for control joints, intersecting walls, reinforced masonry, lintels and sills, foundation walls, cavity walls, and walls with concrete block backup.
