Description: This annotated bibliography includes published material on the use of slag, a byproduct of the steel-making process, as a raw material in the production of cement. Benefits of this application include lower energy expenditure, reduced emissions, and, of course, the significant environmental benefit achieved by the recycling of waste. Listed are reports, papers, and patents from a variety of international sources, as found in PCA Library collection or through online database searches.
