 Developed by PCA, PCI, and other allies acting under the National Concrete Bridge Council, the strategic perspective discusses the condition of our nation's bridges and assesses their impact on economy, safety, public convenience, and infrastructure funding.
It makes a strong case for greater investment in the development of high-performance concrete to improve the condition of our nation's bridges, ease traffic congestion, and reduce construction and maintenance costs.
The perspective describes a strategic plan with four goals for increasing the use of high-performance concrete bridges:
