The Concord, a 13-story condominium in Seattle's Belltown district, caters to a highly connected lifestyle with high-bandwidth amenities: a building intranet, high-speed Internet access, and multimedia outlets in every room. Marketing ploy or lasting practice? Indoor plumbing was once considered a novelty, too, say the developers.
