Boulder, Colorado
Dedicated in September 2003, the $53M Boulder Community
Foothills Hospital became the first hospital in the nation to
receive LEED certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.

A. Cooley Building—St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital
Houston, Texas
This new 10-story, 312,000-square-foot facility houses a
telemedicine center, 325-seat conference center, learning resource
center, outpatient clinic, ten surgical suites, recovery rooms,
and intensive care areas. |

Grande Regional Hospital
McAllen, Texas
A multi-phase addition and renovation project encompassing
approximately 136,000 square feet of new space and over 85,000
square feet of renovation space. Use of a concrete building
structure facilitated the construction schedule and early
occupancy.

Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula
Monterey, California
The project scope included the addition of two new
3-story wings, each with about 100,000 square feet of floor
space while retaining the ambiance of the existing buildings
designed by the acclaimed Edward Durrell Stone in the 1960s.

Regional Women's Center
Riverdale, Georgia
The $15 million Women’s Life Center features 8 ante-partum
rooms, 10 labor and delivery rooms, 32 post-partum rooms, 4
triage rooms, 10 GYN beds, and a 12-bed NICU nursery.Pre-construction
studies by the contractor concluded that concrete was the economical
option from a cost and schedule standpoint. |

HealthSouth
Digital Hospital
Brimingham, Alabama
The 1,000,000-square-foot facility incorporates all the
latest digital technology the new millennium has to offer. The
hospital portion of the campus includes a 13-story structure
and a 10-story 1,500-car parking garage.The fast track schedule
challenged the design team, but the concrete frame facilitated
delivery of multiple packages broken down into foundations and
floors. |

of Colorado Health Sciences Center
Aurora, Colorado
The $13.5 Million cancer/urology facility is a cast-in-place
concrete frame building with a glass and brick veneer exterior.
A concrete floor system was ideal for the owner requirements
of strict vibration control criteria, heavy floor loads, and
shallow floor depth to provide ease and flexibility for M/E/P
systems design and installation. |

for Advanced Clinical Studies, The Methodist Hospitals
Merrillville, Indiana
The Center for Advanced Clinical Studies creates a center
of excellence for the cancer and neuroscience programs at
The Methodist Hospitals Southlake Campus. This 3-story hospital
plus basement addition contains 96,000 square feet of space
for both inpatient and outpatient departments. These include
Medical and Radiation Oncology, Neuroscience, Electrodiagnostics,
Sleep Lab, and Neurosurgery offices.
