Nebraska Building Energy Conservation Standard is based on the 2003 IECC and is applicable to all buildings, except state-owned and state-funded buildings which must comply with Nebraska Legislative Bill 888. Local jurisdictions may amend the code to make it more stringent. |

Nebraska State Fire Code Regulations Title 153 based on 2003 NFPA 1. Local jurisdictions may amend the code to make it more stringent. |
