This 1,770 sq. ft., 2 bedroom house has 9 foot high ceilings in both the basement and main floor. The contractors, Jackobson and Grenier, used concrete just about everywhere they could on this house. In addition to using ICFs for the foundation and above grade walls, they also poured an exposed aggregate patio, sidewalk and driveway totaling almost 2,400 sq. ft. The exterior brick is concrete brick.
