Builder Carl Parker is constructing Wolfe Run, a 65-home development of affordable insulating concrete form (ICF) homes in Baldwin County, just outside of Mobile. As of August 2003, fifteen of the 1,600 square foot homes had been completed. The homes range in price from $120,000 to $130,000. |

Prattville
Terrabold Developments has begun construction of what will be a 119 home, ICF subdivision in Prattville, a suburb of Montgomery. The “Camelot” development
will have homes ranging in price from $250,000 - $275,000. Stamped
concrete streets will be featured in the development.
