This new home has arched windows and, when it is done, will be a showpiece of a home. The homeowner decided on ICFs for their quality, energy efficiency, durability, sound attenuation, etc. The general contractor, Anatoly Belyayev, worked with Dupre Design LLC for the design of the home and Dan Gauthier to install the ICFs. The home is approximately 3000-3500 sq. ft.
