The Portland Cement Association (PCA), in conjunction with Dow Chemical Company, is spearheading construction of a concrete home in the parking lot of the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Count on Concrete home will be open for both the 2003 International Builders Show and the 2003 World of Concrete/World of Masonry show.
