Jim is Director of Low Rise Buildings for the Portland Cement Association
(PCA) with responsibility for developing and implementing PCA’s Low Rise Buildings
Program.
He will oversee all PCA activities to expand the use of cement-based products
in low rise residential and commercial construction, and assure coordination with national
material allies. In addition, Niehoff has played an active role
in the National Association
of Home Builders’ (NAHB) Home Building Council. He also acts as the
coordinator for the "Team Concrete" community outreach program.
Prior to joining PCA in 1997, Niehoff was a marketing services
manager at Gerber Plumbing Fixtures in Lincolnwood, Ill. Niehoff
received his B.S. from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb in
1986.
