Registering for a PCA webinar is easy. Just click on the name of
the webinar to register online. Register
by phone (847.972.9168), by fax (847.966.8389), or by email (mnyquist@cement.org).
Q: Can I have multiple people watch the webinar with one purchase?
A: We do not currently have a group subscription available. Only the person that purchased the webinar is eligible for a CEU certificate.
Q: How do I open the webinar?
A: You should have received an email after purchasing the webinar. This email has your link to register directly with GoToWebinar. The GoToWebinar service will send reminder emails to those who register in advance.
Q: I never received any emails from the GoToWebinar service. What can I do?
A: First, check to make sure your email did not filter the emails. The email address used to send the automatic emails is “gotowebinar@citrixonline.com”. If you do not have any filtered emails, try registering again by following the link provided in your purchase confirmation email. You should receive an email immediately after completing the registration.
Q: I attended the webinar, how do I get my CEU certificate?
A: Upon leaving the webinar, you should have received an invitation to fill out our post-session survey. CEU certificates are issued to purchasers of the webinar that complete the post-session survey.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Substitution of enrollees is permissible any time prior to the start of the program. A full refund will be given to anyone providing a cancellation notice at least two weeks before the start of the program. 50% of the tuition fee will be charged for cancellations occurring less than 14 days before the course begins.
Q: How can I listen to the webinar?
A: The GoToWebinar service provides the option for both VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) and teleconferencing. To use VOIP simply select that option and turn on your computer speakers. Instructions for connecting to the teleconference option are provided in the reminder emails sent by the GoToWebinar service.
