Who We Are
PCA’s Manufacturing Technical Committee, representing the technical interests of portland cement producers in the United States and Canada, has a special category of membership, Associate Member. These Associate Members are manufacturers of cement process equipment, material suppliers, and cement industry consultants.

Purpose and Scope
Associate Members are involved in MTC sponsored technical meetings, research activities, and education functions. Members of PCA’s MTC and Associate Members meet twice a year to exchange information, develop and monitor process research and development programs, and provide technical support to the industry.

Activities
The Associate Member program, including the process research and development projects, is supported by funds paid by Associate Members. Research funds paid by Associate Members are used solely for this program and are $12,000 per year.

This unique membership is instrumental in promoting technical progress in the cement industry and its related support industries, and provides a positive interaction between Associate Members and decision makers of cement companies. This close association is mutually beneficial to the Portland Cement Association members and Associate Members alike.
