Huffington Post Discusses Resilient Construction

As many American's prepare for hurricane season, a recent story in The Huffington Post highlighted the need to build resilient to withstand Mother Nature's destruction.

Donn Thompson, senior director of market development at the Portland Cement Association (PCA), notes that, "concrete homes and safe rooms are a proven way to keep people safe during a high wind storm ... these resilient buildings not only provide safety, but peace of mind when the next natural disaster strikes."
