PCA Welcomes Elaine Chao as U.S. Transportation Secretary

JAN. 31, 2017, WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Portland Cement Association (PCA) today lauded the confirmation of Elaine Chao as Secretary of the U.S. Department of Transportation by the U.S. Senate.
