SKOKIE, Ill.—Portland Cement Association’s Education and Training Department is offering regional seminars as an alternative to conventional classroom sessions. Regional courses offer participants cost-effective ways of meeting their training needs with shorter seminars, close to home. The small-group settings of these courses allow attendees to focus on the issues facing them locally.

- Sept. 18—Pulverized Fuel Guidelines for the Cement Industry, Bethlehem, Pa.
- Sept. 19—Raw Mix Chemistry, Bethlehem, Pa.

Programs conducted at PCA meet requirements set by the U.S.
Office of Education for Continuing Education Units. PCA retains
permanent records of CEUs awarded to course participants,
which are available on request. PCA is also a registered provider
for the American Institute of Architects, Learning Education
Based in Skokie, Ill., the Portland Cement Association represents
cement companies in the United States and Canada. It conducts
market development, engineering, research, education, and
public affairs programs.
