SKOKIE, Ill. - The Portland Cement Association (PCA) announced the launch of the “DIY Promotion Zone,” an online one-stop resource for planning and creating marketing communications materials. Users have access to a library of materials and templates that can be customized for specific events and companies.
This innovative Web site enables concrete promoters, homebuilders, or contractors to create a variety of items. Templates include print ads, brochures, event postcards, and e-mail "blasts" for use in promoting residential concrete products to both consumer and non-consumer audiences. The “DIY Promotion Zone” offers a promoter of any size the flexibility to customize materials without sacrificing the ability to maintain consistent, integrated, and professionally designed looks and messages.
Additionally, the site vendors, Redleaf Digital and Johnson Press, act as fulfillment sources and offer mailing or e-mailing services to a provided mailing list. There is no sign-up fee to begin using this dynamic new service. The site utilizes a "pay as you go" system, where users only pay for the PDF file they download or for printing service they request.
A “strategies” section assists builders and promoters with developing their marketing plan and messages.
