Concrete's Contributions to Net-Zero Energy Habitat for Humanity Home
Press event to highlight sustainable benefits of concrete and cement-based products
in Phoenix home


WHAT:

As part of its commitment to sustainability, PCA will highlight concrete elements that are part of a “Net-Zero” Energy Habitat for Humanity home in the Phoenix area; a LEED-H Platinum registered building.


WHEN:

Constructed using insulating concrete forms (ICF) for maximum energy efficiency and other elements of concrete including roof tiles, driveway, countertops and flooring, the home achieves sustainable benefits by employing the use of concrete. The home is available for media tours throughout the show.
