 As
chairman of the ICF committee of the New York City Concrete Promotional
Council, Frank has forged a strong relationship between several developers,
ready mixed producers, contractors, and the Promotional Council to
successfully convert above-grade residential construction to ICF.
Although this committee is still in its infancy, Frank has been instrumental
in convincing several developers in the Staten Island area to convert
from stick construction to ICF for single-family above-ground construction,
successfully converted a multi-unit townhouse development to ICF,
and also converted a school addition to ICF construction in the Bronx.
In addition, he has recruited several ICF producers to join in promotional
activities.
