Three full days of information-packed, how-to, can’t miss
promotion information is waiting for you. And the program is being
established by those who will attend…local promoters with
practical know-how and expertise you can incorporate into your local
promotion efforts immediately.

Format
A varied blend of general sessions, workshops, concurrent sessions
and breakout groups. Brand new this year are Roundtable discussions
on specific specialty topics. Program starts on Tuesday, May 1st
at 1:00 pm and concludes at noon on Thursday, May 3rd, 2007. Click

attendee surveys—“WHAT WORKS”: up to 10 minute
presentations of promotion projects by the attendees
- BEST PRACTICES—Workshop attendees get a chance to share
the key factors in successful promotion and the obstacles incurred
in projects lost
- Feature presentations by national and regional staff covering
timely issues and updates on the support and promotion tools/assistance
available from the national level organizations
- Concurrent sessions: areas of specific interest examined in-depth
with pertinent details and discussion
- Special interest ROUNDTABLES -- group discussion of attendees
led by discussion leaders experienced in each topic
- A sponsored luncheon on Tuesday—an additional and excellent

Location
Located in the beautifully renovated Doubletree Hotel and
Conference Center, Skokie, Ill. (about 2 miles from PCA).
Several fine restaurants are located near the hotel. For room reservations
call 800.222.8733 and ask for a special room rate
($139) under Portland Cement Association. Register early as there
are a limited number of rooms at this special rate.

Registration Information
The advance registration fee (by April 11, 2007) of $295 per person
includes full registration to the three-day workshop, all handouts,
two deluxe continental breakfasts, one luncheon, daily coffee service,
refreshment breaks, and cocktail reception.
After April 11, 2007 , the registration fee increases to $335 per
person.
