Jaime Hill

Jaime Hill was appointed President of Amrize Building Materials in June 2025. Prior to this, he served as Region Head North America at Holcim, where he played an essential role in preparing the company’s North American operations for its successful spin-off. With more than 30 years of international leadership experience, Jaime has built a reputation for driving growth, operational excellence, and strategic transformation in the building materials industry globally.

Throughout his career, Jaime held senior roles in finance, sales and marketing in the U.S. and spent more than 28 years in Latin America, leading across the cement, aggregates, and ready-mix concrete businesses. As Country CEO of Mexico, he positioned Holcim Mexico as the Group’s second-largest contributor to EBIT, doubling both net sales and recurring EBIT during his tenure. He also successfully led M&A integrations and operational turnarounds, delivering stronger market positioning and sustainable profitability across multiple business lines.
