Waelz Sustainable Products

Waelz Sustainable Products, LLC (WSP) is a zinc recycling company owned by Zinc Nacional in Monterrey, Mexico. Zinc Nacional is a subsidiary of Grupo Promax, and has a long history of operating a safe, efficient, and sustainable business. They have nearly seven decades of expertise in producing zinc oxide from mine ore and steel mill by-products.

WSP is located in Logansport, Indiana, and has America's largest Waelz kiln measuring 200 feet long with a 15-foot diameter. The kiln can process approximately 130,000 short tons of electric arc furnace dust annually.
