JOSEPH CHIAPPE

Senior Regional Economist/Database Manager

Joe has been with PCA since 2010. He has an economics degree from Illinois State University and an MBA from North Park University. He is responsible for state forecasts in the East North Central (Great Lakes) and Mid-Atlantic Divisions, as well as for overseeing the dashboard. He is responsible for ensuring databases and data models are properly maintained.

Areas of responsibility: The Apparent Use of Portland Cement report, competitive materials analysis, contributor to the Annual Yearbook and ad hoc market analysis.
