PDF files
Many of PCA's publications are available as printed documents and in digital format. The digital version is either free or substantially discounted. These files are in Portable Document Format (PDF). To view them, you'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is available free of charge.
Image Library
Images are available online in a searchable library. Search results are presented as thumbnail versions of the image with descriptions along side. To view a larger version of the image, click on thumbnail. The image for sale is larger yet and will not include the PCA watermark. These images are 400 x 600-pixel .jpg's at screen resolution (72 pixels per inch). Such images are suitable for projected presentations (such as PowerPoint) or use on Web sites. High resolution files for use in printed publications are also available. Contact Bill Burns at PCA's Audiovisual Department.
Member Discounts
PCA member company personnel receive a 66% discount on printed materials. Images and PDF files are free for PCA members.

International Orders
Unless another form of shipment is requested all overseas orders are shipped by EMS Mail Service.
Some orders to certain locations can take 14 days for delivery. This service gives us the ability to track your order.
Payment
We accept payment with a check written against a bank with branches in the USA or an international money order. We also accept American Express, Master Card and Visa.
If paying by check your order will be shipped after the check has cleared. This can take time and delay your order.
Custom fees are the responsibility of the customer. PCA will not be responsible for any customs related charges.
Return Policy
If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will accept its return without question within 30 days of purchase.
