Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

Programs conducted at PCA meet requirements set by the U.S. Office of Education for Continuing Education Units. PCA retains permanent records of CEUs awarded to course participants, which are available on request.

Cancellation of Enrollment

Substitution of enrollees is permissible any time prior to the start of the program. A full refund will be given to anyone providing a cancellation notice at least two weeks before the start of the program.

50 percent of the tuition fee will be charged for cancellations occurring less than 14 days before the course begins.

PCA reserves the right to cancel a course. If PCA cancels a course, at least two weeks notice will be given and all registration fees will be refunded.

Special Assistance

If you have a disability that may require special assistance for attendance in any PCA course, please contact the Registrar to ensure appropriate arrangements are made.

PCA Member Definition

PCA members are defined as dues paying companies that manufacture or sell portland cement and dues paying local cement and concrete groups engaged in promotion. This does not include non-cement producing divisions and subsidiaries of member companies who do not pay dues.
