Senior Director of Economic Analysis
As senior regional economist, Dave tracks and forecasts U.S. regional and state cement demand, construction trends and market conditions.  His analysis is used by PCA membership for industry tracking and strategic planning. Prior to assuming his current role at PCA, Dave worked with a real estate investment trust in which he helped identify markets for speculative development projects.

Andrew is originally from Atlanta, GA and received his bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Clemson University in South Carolina.  He is currently pursuing his master’s degree in Predictive Analytics through Northwestern University.  He analyzes and interprets several forms of economic data, working primarily with relational databases and Excel.

Brian has been with PCA since 2011.  He studied political science and economics at Carthage College, where he obtained his bachelor’s degree. He is currently enrolled in an MBA program at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.  Brian is responsible for all PCA surveys, reports related to industry structure, industry advocacy and monthly tracking of market share in buildings.

David Lan
Regional Economist
David is the senior regional economist for the South Atlantic Region. Prior to joining us, he held the position of Research Economist at Florida Association of Realtors. Originally from Canada and prior to moving south, he held various analytical and managerial positions at Canada Mortgage & Housing Corporation, the Federal Housing Agency of Canada.   David Holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Master in Applied Economics. Both from the State University of New York at Buffalo, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Joe has been with PCA since 2010. He has an economics degree from Illinois State University and is currently pursuing and MBA at North Park University. He maintains regional models that estimate construction spending and cement consumption on a state by state basis. He also supports various

Trevor is approaching his first full year with PCA. He received his bachelor’s degree in economics from North Central College. He is responsible for compiling many of the department’s monthly reports and fulfilling data requests. He assists with various research projects and maintains the Construction InVue system.
